June

We started June with a schools out party up the canyon. We had a bbq and fire for s'mores. It was really fun. Our friends came, Mickelle and her kids, Kristie and her family, Erika and her family and Michael, Lindsay and Lily came. There were a lot of kids under 4 but it was really fun. We had a fire to roast marshmallows and everyone brought something to share with everyone else. The dads had fun playing by the fire, the moms had fun chatting and the kids had a great time running around.

For my birthday Brad planned for us to go up Provo canyon and have a bbq and play games. My mom really spoiled me and made me feel special. I wanted to be a fun mom and do some stuff with the kids. One week we went to a splash pad, Mickelle met us there with her kids and they all played in the water then we had a picnic. The next week I took the kids up to the Living Planet Aquarium. The kids had a fun time walking around and seeing all the fish. It was a little hard keeping all 3 of the together by myself but it was worth it because they had fun. We also went to Story Time at our library a few times. We met up with Mickelle and her kids at a splash pad to play. We got our Pass of All Passes, so we went with my mom and Jess and her kids to Seven Peaks. The kids loved playing in the kiddie pool. It was good to get out and have some fun

A few weeks later Brad and I dropped our kids off at his parents and headed down to St. George. I was so excited to see Starlight Express at the Tuachan Theater. My parents and sisters Jessica and Cindy also came down. We all stayed in the same place. Armi and her husband just came for dinner and the show. We all went to an Italian restaurant before the show. I am sad to say I was really disappointed in the show. I saw it in Las Vegas when I was younger and really liked it. It was still a fun trip and it was nice to get away just Brad and I. We traded cars with Brad's parents so we didn't have any of our music in the car and the radio didn't work. It was really funny, we were having fun finding ways to entertain ourselves. I don't think I could be in a car with only one other person for 4 hours and have that much fun. Texas ;)

May

Starting in May Ryker did a baseball clinic at our rec center. It is called Itty Bitty ball, they teach the different parts of the game and how to catch and hit and so on. He really liked it. It was fun to go and watch him a couple times a week. He is shy and more quiet then the rest of the kids, so he stuck pretty close to his coach but I think he had fun. The weather warmed up a little so I decided to have a picnic outside with the kids. They all wanted to wear their new sun glasses. I love warm weather, it was perfect. The Saturday before Memorial Day we did the Gadd rounds and drove down to Nephi to visit my Dad's parents graves. We then drove to Moroni to have a tasty turkey sandwich, it is my favorite part of the trip. We head over the mountains to Cleveland to visit my Mother's parents graves. For the first time it wasn't extremely windy. It is a long day of driving but a fun tradition. Ryker rode with my parents most of the time. I guess he didn't stop talking :) On Memorial Day Brad's parents drove down and we headed in our jeeps up AF canyon. It was the first time the twins had been jeeping. It was a little cold while we were driving to the canyon but once we got on the trail and slowed down it wasn't to bad. Beckett wasn't to sure about it. We had the top off and he didn't like the wind in his face. Ryker rode with Brad's parents, he really liked that. We went up to a little lake and had a picnic. On the way back the twins feel asleep, their poor little heads were bouncing all over the place. It was a really fun month.

December

We did a lot of fun things for Christmas. We went on the train to Polar Express where Santa told the true meaning of Christmas. We had breakfast for dinner with Santa at kneaders. We took Ryker to ASnow White Christmas, Ryker got called on stage to sing a song. While up there they asked his name and if he had a girlfriend, he said her name was Sophie. They audience thought he was pretty fun and Ryker was proud he made everyone laugh, even though he didn't know why. We went on a horse drawn sleigh ride to see Santa. My brother Matt and his family came here for Christmas. I loved having him and his family here. It was great to see him and be able to spend time with him.
